As a founding Acton Academy guide, I facilitated a group of elementary students through curriculum I designed and remixed from Acton Academy resources and used the Socratic Method to help foster each learner's self-direction. I also implemented restorative practices, ran the operations, managed the relationships with the families, and grew the studio from two learners to seven by the end of the year before training a new guide to take over in the fall of 2019.
