During these placements I have worked on a Command and Control solution and have aided in the implementation of a global HR/Payroll system with a leading retailer, using skills such as:• Participating in requirements elicitation meetings with clients. • Facilitating and contributing to extensive requirements analysis workshops. • Specifying requirements in the form of User Stories and attending meetings to further those requirements. • Communicating requirements to developers through the creation of Kanban Product Backlog Items. • Managing requirements through IT resources such as Team Foundation Server and Functional Specifications. • Conducting systems analysis and ad-hoc testing to confirm the presence of defects and document them. • Facilitating change to requirements and development through collaboration between the analysis team, senior management and the development team. • Researching emerging technologies that might influence a projects development going forward. • Supporting efforts to improve workflow efficiency and error reduction throughout the development process.• Participating in extensive project planning workshops.• Conducting initial information gathering activities including process documentation and systems integration documentation.• Producing HR and Systems Integration Blueprints used by project management and business partners for data migration activities.• Utilising the Oracle Business Intelligence program to replicate legacy business reports.• Combining historical data with migrated data to produce unique rolling 12 month reports • Eliciting, documenting and enacting change requirements through meetings and workshops with clients.
