Data Management Consultant
Current• Migrate 3.5 million files from the Deloitte server to the client’s server while meticulously tracking progress and providing updates to leadership• Conduct keyword analysis of 7,500+ documents, identifying critical documents for redactions during client’s divestiture• Develop Python scripts and Excel macros to manage redactions of files and allow for customization of the redaction process• Ensure accuracy of document analysis and redactions through rigorous quality checks and oversight of the process• Build PowerPoint decks and reports to communicate progress of keyword analysis and redactions during meetings with client • Engage with stakeholders from both parent and spinoff companies to gather requirements and facilitate effective communication throughout the project• Leverage SQL and Python to develop comprehensive reports for the migration of 26 TB of client data to OneDrive and to analyze data breaches exceeding 10 TB, optimizing processes for enhanced scalability and accuracy• Conduct comprehensive analysis of client’s governance, risk and compliance (GRC) controls to identify opportunities for improvement and develop a strategy for process automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness• Develop Python scripts to optimize legal data management, improving process efficiency and accuracy for the Office of General Counsel
