☛ This promotion expanded my role and responsibilities within a new department and the company, reporting directly to our Growth Director (later Head of Printed Directories).☛ Produce regular and ad-hoc strategic analyses, reports and presentations on directory P&L, sales and retention, lead generation, and other critical growth levers using various data sources and working closely with BI.☛ Grow occupancy and maximise long-term revenue and profitability within directories by conducting frequent analyses to identify key opportunities and risks, and putting in place processes / changes to improve performance. ☛ This promotion expanded my role and responsibilities within the department and the company. ☛ Working closely with the Sales Manager and CRM Manager to best organise a successful Sales Quarter. This involves helping draft our Marketing Timetable and Dialling Schedules. ☛ Responsible for preparing and delivering the required Marketing Data that matches the briefs received from the CRM Manager.
