Working for the world’s largest vertically integrated dairy company, project managed all aspects of large scale turnkey projects from inception to completion, including site preparation, budget management, OHS, canteen management, building works, staff recruitment, payroll/wages, and hands-on construction and operating. Due to extensive machine operating experience, was tasked with the management and maintenance all heavy machinery. Supervised, trained and rostered for up to 370 workers, including inexperienced staff from a variety of different cultures and nationalities. Worked in extreme weather conditions for long periods of time.
