I have worked as a Store Assistant at ALDI for 4 years. I am a Skilled Customer Service Provider with experience in Process Improvement, Sales and Operational Activities. Communication and Liaising with customers from all professional and diverse backgrounds is a key element in my working environment. Currently, I am a fourth year Deakin student completing a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours). Throughout my Course, I have learn't to use SPSS Software and critical thinking to complete assignment to a high standard. I interned at PsychPress, a leading Management Consulting company. I obtained Data entry and Data retrieval skills whilst creating databases, Critical Reflection skills and experience with an ambiguous work environment. Prior to PsychPress, I interned at the Cognitive Neuroscience Unit at Deakin University. I gained experience alongside researchers conducting TMS experiments on participants. I was fortunate to learn how to conduct both Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale and Motor skills assessment. My main areas of interest are in Psychology, specifically Neuropsychology or Cognitive psychology; however I would like to branch out into other areas such as Data analysis, Clinical psychology and Research. The reason I want to study this is because I have always been interested in the elements that affect human behaviour and wanted to see how i can help improve the lives of Individuals with mental health issues. This industry will bring many opportunities and I'm looking forward to taking advantage of these opportunities.
