Working within GCI (Grey's PR business), I built a global practice helping clients communicate change to external stakeholders and internal audiences. Developed a research driven methodology for employee engagement and change.Worked with clients in the UK (a law firm, a consumer health division of a global pharma business and a public authority) and in the US (aviation).
