Head Of Product Development
CurrentAt D/srupt I am responsible for all product development across our two products (dsrupt.com). The D/srupt platform is a customer facing SaaS solution teaching business owners how to develop a growth strategy. The MI database is an internal tool to store and analyse data used to develop business growth strategies. Both products have recently been ported to no-code solutions. I work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to understand the product strengths and weaknesses from our customers’ perspective, and feed this back into the planning and iteration process. This includes coordinating the prototyping of new features, user testing and pilot rollout to test and validate new ideas before they reach full blown production release.My role mainly consists of bringing together all the necessary people and facilitating the collaboration required to debate, define, and plan the product strategies. This includes the founders with their ultimate vision, commercial managers, subject matter experts, product designers (UI & UX) and technical architects. I then run the day to day activities of the product delivery teams which includes everything from product design through the full development lifecycle to production support.
