Directed Top-to-Top selling and execution efforts for southern region retail accounts to increase volume and distribution of Dean Foods refrigerated and frozen brands. Dean Food brands include dairy products such as DairyPure and TruMoo milks and Mayfield ice cream.

Designed and activated a multi-dimensional sales and marketing plan for a significant sports sponsorship to increase sales and relevance of the Carmex brand among millennials.

Britvic is a PepsiCo distributor and a European beverage company based in the UK, launching some of their brands from Europe in the U.S. I built the broader sales and marketing capabilities of the team inclusive of sales presentations to retailers and brand distributors. I also developed the US sales and marketing strategy and annual operating plans, consumer and trade marketing plans and all brand communication, above and below the line, including website development and social media engagement.

Managed a team of talented marketers in the development of insight-driven, regional marketing campaigns that made strong emotional connections with targeted demographic groups. My team also launched 20+ new products and packages each year and tailored the roll out of national marketing campaigns for maximum impact in a specific geography or retail account. All of our efforts were supported with traditional and emerging media.

Key member of Pepsi Bottling Group's Executive Leadership team responsible for the $12B carbonated soft drink (CSD) beverage portfolio in the U.S. I had three primary constituents in that role: 1) the Executive leadership such as the CEO, CFO, CCO, and SVP Sales who I worked with on the company's strategic and annual operating plans; 2) the PepsiCo and Dr Pepper Snapple Group organizations where I worked with their Presidents, CMOs, Sales Leaders, Brand, Music and Sports teams on strategy/execution, innovation pipeline, media plans, sports strategy, sales initiatives, and consumer promotions; 3) PBG's regional Sales and Marketing teams across the U.S. who were responsible for delivering volume, market share, and brand KPI goals. I am also quite proud to have: negotiated the terms of a $1B distribution agreement between PepsiCo and Dr Pepper; brought 30MM incremental cases into the Pepsi system via the launch of the Crush trademark; and delivered impactful, motivational and memorable AOP meetings to 1,000+ employees each year.

Managed teams responsible for acquiring and growing Foodservice business and for developing regional brand campaigns and shopper marketing programs to increase Brand KPIs, volume and market share. On the sales side, we sold (or renewed) many pieces of business such as Ledo’s Pizza, RC Theatres, Philip’s Seafood Restaurants, Merritt Athletic Clubs, the National Aquarium in Baltimore, Maryland Science Center, Baltimore Arena, Baltimore Ravens, Sheraton Hotel, Walters Art Museum, Martinsville Speedway and the Maryland State Fairgrounds. On the marketing side, we successfully launched brand development campaigns for Mountain Dew, Sierra Mist, Pepsi and Aquafina. Grew Mountain Dew from a non-relevant, low share brand to the U.S. national average. Sierra Mist achieved a 1.9 CSD market share in 12 months which was the highest in the U.S.
