Solomons Flooring continues to grow in an aggressive sales environment leveraging off the ”owner operator” model of franchise retailing and company owned stores• Provide business and relationship support to franchise network improving store operations, sales revenue, profit management, local area marketing and brand compliance• Financial accountability by managing franchisee purchases from approved manufacturers• Develop and deliver training to improve technical and selling skills of franchise store teams• Collaborate on development and roll out of new products lines from approved manufacturers• Motivate franchisees through monthly training sessions, social events and annual recognition awards• Develop new store growth plan, approving new store locations with an emphasis on the regional business model• Franchise recruitment, selection and franchise agreement ratification• Facilitating round table discussions with landlords on lease agreements, renewals and disputes.
