As a junior majoring in Financial Planning with a minor in Urban Planning at Arizona State University, I bring a unique blend of business acumen, hands-on construction experience, and leadership in philanthropy. Having grown up in the family residential construction and development business, I developed a deep understanding of the industry, from sweeping floors at age twelve to leading teams and managing projects today.I’ve further honed my skills through my entrepreneurial venture, launching a waste removal business during the pandemic that grew to $27,000 in revenue within four months. This experience sharpened my ability to strategize, generate leads, and manage operations all while helping the community sustainably dispose of their junk.At Arizona State University, I serve as the Treasurer and Vice President of Philanthropy for Kappa Alpha Order, where I lead fundraising efforts for the independence fund, manage dues collection for over 170 members, and work closely with alumni on debt recovery. I am passionate about combining my leadership, finance, and real estate expertise to build a future in residential development and property investment. My academic achievements, combined with my hands-on business and leadership experience, make me excited to continue pursuing opportunities in construction and real estate, with a focus on financial planning and operational efficiency.
