Currently at the VIS for my second placement in Strength and Conditioning for the year with Swinburne University

My role as a Strength and Conditioning coach at Core Advantage involves specialising in athletic testing and development, focusing on enhancing athlete performance through comprehensive assessments and tailored training programs. Part of my role is to conduct performance tests, including speed, strength, power and agility assessments, to formulate unique training plans, tailored to each athlete. Additionally, I provide hands-on coaching on the gym floor to ensure proper technique, minimise injury risks, and help create a motivating environment. I also regularly monitor athletes' progress and adjust programs as needed to support their ongoing development in their chosen sport.
