Looking for my latest challenge, I joined ImPOS to reinvigorate the supply chain with a fresh perspective.My most broadly encompassing role in my career to date, with ImPOS I was responsible for total oversight of the business' logistics functions. From procurement and contract negotiation, purchasing and customer fulfillment, to repairs and reverse logistics, there is scarcely a skerrick of my experience that I haven't needed to apply to this role. Not only has this role encouraged a much broader understanding of supply chain process, but it has also given me a greater view of the value of iterative changes in keeping a business moving.Within the first six months of performing this role, I placed a heavy emphasis on asset recovery. While this was previously a key area of financial loss for the business, from December 2017 - May 2017 I was able to recover in excess of $75,000 of misgoverned hardware.

By making minor refinements to the process as it stood, I was able to provide a saving of approximately $4480 per annum with no outlaid cost to the business.
