I work in a team that is responsible for building capability within the high performance (HP) sport system, by supporting the development of individual and collective leadership and safe, holistic high performing cultures.I lead the AIS Team Dynamics program which supports teams to establish the internal conditions and behaviours necessary to achieve sustainable high performance.

I have worked on a range of projects including leadership development programs, capability assessment interventions, engagement analytics and insights projects and strategic planning programs. Recent experience includes:- Worked on large scale strategic planning intervention with Government agency. The program of work included design, facilitation (both virtual and face to face), analysis and reporting.- Led the analytics and insights component of an employee engagement intervention for a global organisation.- Conducted stakeholder interviews and associated research for large disability sector project.- Leadership capability development intervention involving group facilitation and program design.
