Since its inception over 15 years ago, Elite Auto Body has evolved into the largest independently-owned automotive body shop in Tidewater. EAB has five (5) locations, staffs over 110 employees, and generates over $15MM in revenue (annually).- Prepare RO's for closing by auditing each file for tax conflicts and ensuring items on estimate are in correct sales categories- Configure profiles for the repair facilities and insurance companies with correct labor rates and part codes- Company-wide IT consultant - Purchase equipment and supplies for the body shop and oversee maintenance of equipment- Maintain quality control of vehicles after repairs are completed - Identify and diagnose issues with vehicles and determine best course of action

- Provide estimates and supplements for multiple DRPs including Geico, Progressive, Allstate, Nationwide and many more.- Complete estimates in accordance to varying insurance guidelines using their preferred methods- Determine the proper method of repairs on each vehicle, utilizing ALLDATA and vehicle maker websites for procedures- Be the liaison between the customer and the insurance company- Develop a proper repair plan for each vehicle.- Order body, structural, mechanical, electrical parts for multiple makes- Copying estimates from Mitchell and Audatex over into CCC repair orders

- Check in vehicles with customer and verify related and unrelated damages to vehicle- Answer phone calls with any concerns customers and insurance companies have with vehicles in process
