We performed preliminary analysis of the organization and developed three prototypes for organizational development system. We spent the final weeks of our project refining the model that the client chose for the final deliverable.I personally acted as the single point of contact for the client in correspondence between meetings. My duties included organizing events on a virtual calendar, overseeing email exchanges, and checking in with our client to share progress updates and request information needed for the completion of our goals.

This was a full-time multifaceted internship role grounded in day to day administrative responsibilities such as intermittently managing the front desk when the administrative assistant had to step out, answering phone calls, greeting walk-ins to the office, along with helping advisors with specific projects. These projects often involved troubleshooting their new advising resource hub and creating straightforward infographics on common academic procedures. From late may to late June, I stepped into the front desk role full-time when the office was hiring a new administrative assistant. I was involved in onboarding the next administrative assistant as well. I helped to interview temp candidates for the role, assisted in the training of the new hire, and I developed and orientation packet to guide the hired candidate's training.This role also involved process improvement and data analysis. I would use excel pivot tables to examine fourteen months of past phone call trends, identifying specific problems and whether they were relevant to our office or required redirection. I developed categories to organize and track ongoing data that was collected from phone calls. Additionally, I implemented Microsoft Power Automate flows to automate the data entry process for students who wanted to declare a minor in the College of Engineering. The final aspect of this role was media content development and curation. I developed multiple Instagram posts for the office account. I also curated and organized content for a newsletter aimed toward first-year students.
