I managed a team of seven digital and creative content professionals at Leicestershire Police. My digital engagement strategy focused on enabling safe, effective use of digital platforms across the force to engage with the public to build trust and confidence. I was also responsible for the force's website, intranet, audio/visual production and proactive content production - attending warrants, policing operations and community engagement events. I also supported the department's forward plan against strategic objectives, supported build and execution of crime prevention campaigns, and held key sections of the business continuity and major incident plans.

From daily monitoring to campaign planning, I managed the University's central social media channels - Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Snapchat. I wrote engaging and relevant content for key target audiences across social, website and blog plat, as well as advising and guiding use of social media for communication, marketing, recruitment and engagement throughout the institution. I was proud to lead the innovation of the University's digital communications during my time at Loughborough. I also built and managed a small team of two additional staff and an intern as the importance of the university's channels grew.

-Video Production-Social media-Administration of blogs-Project Manager of new initiative -Line manager for work placement- Video production for the University of Nottingham for marketing and communication purposes. Includes filming, interviewing, post production and uploading to multiple channels. My work features in both the Undergraduate and Postgraduate 2014 prospectuses. - Managing University social media platforms - Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Tumblr, Instagram, Vine, Vkontakte and Weibo- Managing and setting up blogs on the University blogging platform via Wordpress (www.blogs.nottingham.ac.uk)- Project manager of our Student Video Team, part of a wider initiative to include more student-generated content in our digital output. I have been responsible for recruiting the students through various University internal and external communication channels, overseeing the application process which included a written response and submission of a one minute demo video. I chaired interviews for the chosen students and then trained them in using iPad Minis for video production, including their use of corporate branding.- Managed a 65 hour student work placement in our team, including introductory meeting, setting tasks and recording progress over the placement.
