In my time spent at Target I have played many roles for my team. After working there for 2 months, I was given the opportunity to become one of our trainers for new employees. After training a few people, I became our primary trainer for my department, and I have now trained over 20 people in my time there. During peak season I was given the role to train new employees and pace our team. My roles as a pacer were to keep an eye on our online orders to ensure we meet our daily metric goals. This gave me greater responsibility and got me more involved with my team to ensure success.
