As Quality Manager at Drug Free Sport New Zealand, I bring my passion for people management and process-driven mindset to support clean sport in New Zealand. My career started in the high-performance and talent-development, having most recently worked across the community and disability sports area. Integral to my experiences to date, is my ability to connect with people, building strong working relationships that promote trust, rapport and accountability.I challenge myself to continue to improve and grow. With a Master's of Business (first-class honours), I regularly update my skills and recently completed a University of Auckland programme on Advanced Communication for Leaders.
