Provide assistance to various clients and product areas including FX, Fixed Income, OTC Derivatives, Credit Risk as well as Back Office functions.Primary project was for a 3.8 to 5.5.0 implementation which included the following:-Summit Classic 5.5 implementation onsite in accordance with project plan-Analyse, replicate and escalate all regression issues from QA and UAT for Front/Back Office including trade interface, reporting and accounting/hedge accounting to internal Misys areas via the Misys issue portal-Daily interfacing with client and 3rd party on & off site -Support parallel 5.5 FT implementation where necessary -Provide regular issue status update to both Client & Misys Project manager to allow project decisions to be made from accurate, validated data -Regular interface with L3 on current issues as well as add an additional level of QA of delivered Patches -Assist with configuration to ensure system meets clients requirements & advise Client on improvements to application to improve performanceThe above responsibilites were then applied to the 5.5.0 FT implementation which was the next phase of the project.
