My role as Long Term Demand Forecasting Manager requires management of a team responsible for delivering long-term demand forecasts in both power and gas for all of the retail portfolio enabling the business to implement hedging strategies and develop robust financial plans. The team is also responsible for development, delivery and optimization of forecast models to improve forecast accuracy and operational performance.

My role as Senior Expert in New Ways of Working required me to lead on a business transformation programme to embed New Ways of Working aligned, lean principles and continuous improvement mindsets to ensure effective working practices and mindsets throughout Retail Energy Management

My role as Senior Power Forecasting Analyst required management of two analysts responsible for delivering Power Long Term volume forecasts enabling the business to implement hedging strategies and develop robust financial plans. I was also required to explain any forecasted volume movements to ensure commercial impacts were understood

My role as energy risk analyst required me to deliver power and gas forecasts for the entire retail portfolio enabling the business to implement hedging strategies and develop robust financial plans. As part of this role I challenged, maintained and reported forecast assumptions, models and KPI's.

My role as director required me to plan and deliver an innovative sports camp to help tackle inactivity amongst children aged 5-12. In role I was accountable for delivering an effective digital marketing campaign as well as other marketing strategies to ensure high enrolment. I controlled budgets and made decisions that would optimize revenues and costs to positively impact p&l.
