Liam is a Managing Director with Reilly Partners where he is responsible for leading the the firm's Global Insurance Industry Practice. Since entering the executive search industry in 1995 Liam has been working with clients to successfully manage officer level search assignments in nearly all lines of insurance. Liam has recruited executives leading public, mutual, and private equity backed insurers, as well as brokers, insurtechs and industry groups. In addition to board and CEO level recruiting, Liam has extensive experience recruiting functional leaders over finance, underwriting, operations, technology, claims, HR, legal and compliance, strategy, marketing and actuarial. Prior to joining Reilly Partners, Liam spent over 13 years with Heidrick & Struggles (and predecessor firms) . In addition to his work in the Global Insurance Practice there, he also served on the chairman’s Diversity Task Force charged with creating both a diversity statement for the firm and a go-to-market strategy for delivering diversity for their clients, as well as for their own hiring practices. He continues this work at Reilly Partners. Liam also contributes to and is frequently quoted in Business Insurance, Best’s Review and other industry publications.
