Embarking on my journey at Falcon Game Studio, I began as a Big Data Engineer, immersing myself in the intricacies of data analysis. Transitioning to the Monetization team, I led the development of an automation tool, efficiently generating thousands of Google AdMob ad units daily and significantly enhancing our monetization processes.Expanding my contributions, I designed a multilingual customer support system, allowing users to communicate in their preferred language while enabling employees to respond in their own. This system automatically translates messages back to the customer's language, improving communication and user satisfaction.In the realm of pixel-style blockchain gaming, I played a crucial role in a dedicated team, creating an immersive environment where people can play and have fun together.Currently, as a key member of the User Acquisition team, I am spearheading the development of an in-house Business Intelligence system and a multi-channel ads management system. We created a comprehensive service for a Print-On-Demand platform, allowing designers to upload their designs. Our system generated mockups and established a shopping site for the products.The process involved after a customer made a purchase was intricate. We seamlessly transmitted the order to the appropriate partner located in the US, EU, or China. These strategic partnerships allowed us to fulfill orders efficiently, ensuring that products were printed and made to the highest standards based on the customer's preferences. This experience not only honed my technical skills but also provided valuable insights into the complexities of cross-border e-commerce operations.
