Currently Head of Service Delivery at Bold IT - responsible for management of the service desk and project teams and directly reporting to the directors. I am developing our digital strategy and ensuring the technology solutions we offer are appropriate for all our customers. I have also worked on the service desk as a senior engineer, collaborating on migration projects in addition to delivering Cyber Essentials assessments for our customers.Previously a Lecturer in Computing at Birmingham City University. I taught on a range of undergraduate modules covering server technologies, cloud platforms, operating systems and web design. In addition to my teaching I supervised and mentored students across a range of technical projects and conducted research into digital skills and automated assessments.I am an alumni of the Microsoft Certified Trainer program and have a number of technical certifications including Azure Fundamentals. Azure AI, and Linux Essentials. I have delivered short courses relating to Azure AI, Data and Azure Fundamentals.
