4th Year Computer Science Undergraduate @ Virginia Tech with 2+ years of internship and research experience in Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence R&D. I help companies enhance their technological capabilities through innovative software solutions and data-driven insights.Some examples include:- Tripled the use cases of a Department of Defense AI evaluation software by training and evaluating image domain transformation models. Merged existing Stable Diffusion and Cycle-GAN architectures into a new architecture, improving transformation quality while reducing training costs and time. Automated additional model training and development with CUDA supported Docker Containerization. These models earned inclusion in the Joint Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (JTEX) software demonstration and I received a MITRE Applause Award for outstanding contributions.- Designed a novel method of quality evaluation for image domain transformation models, implementing real-time object detection models such as YOLOv8 on domain-separated evaluation data, enhancing future software development efficiency.- Conducted comprehensive sentiment analysis on Google search results using natural language processing (NLP) techniques, uncovering holistic and unbiased outcomes across 50+ diverse topics. This project involved python web scraping, data preprocessing, and the application of advanced machine learning algorithms to analyze sentiment polarity and trends. The insights gained contributed to a deeper understanding of the algorithmic impact on information dissemination, enabling organizations to refine their digital strategies and improve content visibility. - Achieved an impressive 97.8% precision in a binary classification model for phishing link detection, utilizing state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, including feature engineering and ensemble methods. This project involved the collection and preprocessing of a comprehensive dataset, followed by the implementation of algorithms such as neural networks and text-encoding with transformers.I get excited about opportunities where I can leverage my background in machine learning and software engineering to tackle complex challenges and drive innovation.
