Experienced physics education researcher and physics educator with a demonstrated history of working in the classroom, in museums, and in laboratory settings. I have taught science for grades 1-8, have taught high school physics, and currently teach introductory physics 1 and 2 and their associated labs. I am experienced in curriculum writing, and am especially interested in non-traditional assessment and grading.I'm currently enjoying being a Doctoral Candidate at Rutgers University Physics and Astronomy Department with a Diversity Equity and Inclusion focus in my research. My dissertation study, titled "Developing and Operationalizing a Critical Disability Physics Identity Framework with a Focus on Neurodivergent Physicists at Various Stages of Career" has enabled and challenged me to further dive into new sociological methods, and to establish myself as a qualitative researcher in the field.https://orcid.org/0000-0002-0594-0486
