I developed outreach campaigns and interpretive content for Carleton University's Archives and Research Collections, including the Douglas Cardinal Archives Project, which highlighted the institution's acquisitions of the architect's works. As a YCW Program Officer, I coordinated with museum administrators throughout the country to ensure compliance with federal student employment program, Young Canada Works. I maintained database of student and employer applicants and responded to questions and concerns of students and employers and provided feedback based on Department of Canadian Heritage protocols. I also participated in on-site program monitoring.

As Research and Design Consultant, I edited digitized historical photographs and metadata for a Parks Canada Rideau Canal Virtual History mobile application. I also edited and updated database infrastructure in preparation for the application's launch. In addition, I wrote content for website pertaining to the project.

With the TRC, I identified and compiled photographic and textual records for the Truth and Reconciliation Commission (TRC) at the Deschâtelets Archives of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate (OMI). I also assisted in the creation of the national TRC database using AIMS.

At CDCI, I performed primary document research and analysis for litigations including the Cohen Commission, the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, and First Nations land claims. I contributed to research databases for use by the Department of Justice and Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada (AANDC) using FileMaker, Ringtail, AIMS, and CTSummation.

I developed interpretive content for Fairfields Homestead Historic Site and the museum's Permanent Display Area focusing on rural and suburban themes in the history of Ottawa West. I also researched and developed other interpretive content concerning the involvement of Nepean residents in the First World War. In addition, I assisted with display set-up, front desk, and administrative duties.
