Current• Greeted, registered, and assigned rooms to guests.• Assisted guests at the retail• Answered telephonic and in-person queries related to village services and resolved all issues.• Create and organize cleaning runs for following days.• Work as a team with housekeeping , maintenance and security to provide a better experience for ourguest• Create reports at the begging and the end of the day that would summarise the actual situation ofwhich guest at the camp• Create solutions for things that come unexpected during the day• Help to provide and maintain a safe environmentand act anytime a hazards has been identified.
