I lead software companies specializing in Direct Mail, including GrowMail.com and DirectMailManager.com, as well as a diverse portfolio of e-commerce ventures such as Photography.com, T-Shirts.com, BrandDepot.com, and AmericanStationery.com.

Led the development of software at the nation’s largest direct mailer, enhancing marketer capabilities to drive conversions through targeted, trackable direct mail campaigns. Our technology enabled marketers from companies like Uber, Tesla, and Walmart to send postcards at 30-50% lower costs than competitors, supporting over 60,000 clients to reach 100+ million households monthly. Successfully led the sale of GrowMail to JAL Equity in September 2023.

Spearheaded product development and growth at Total Loyalty, where I oversaw the P&L and development of a cutting-edge platform that facilitated the creation of 2,000 mobile apps serving over 5,000 restaurant locations. These apps enabled restaurants with online ordering, email marketing, and restaurant loyalty programs, resulting in significant returns for our clients. Specifically, the platform generated millions of dollars in online ordering transactions and effectively attracted repeat customers to the restaurants we served.

Officiated over 1,000 junior and college hockey games across North America, including a Junior A National Championship and an ECAC Division 1 Frozen Four.

Product @ Gannett Digital Ventures. Bootstrapped and championed an e-commerce platform and new supply chain that generated $50mm in incremental revenue and 3 million engaged email subscribers from scratch. Developed a team of Account Managers who managed relationships with merchants across the United States.Also incubated mobile app software, launched LocalFlavor.com, and produced one of the first virtual reality journalism stories in 360-degree video with the US Ski Team and USA Today in partnership with KUSA Channel 9 in Denver, CO.

Launched platform in Burlington, VT with local savings content that enabled small businesses to acquire new customers. Sold six figures worth of a local farm's maple syrup in 24 hours and overwhelmed the US Postal Service. Grew email list from under 100 emails to over 23,000 in just a few months.
