Working as an Electrician in the domestic and commercial industry. Working with a wide range of electrical systems including maintenance, fault finding and inspection/testing.

As a General Technician Electrical I worked in General Engineering Flight at MOD St Athan. As part of a small team I work on the servicing, rectification and maintenence of a wide range of Ground Support Equipment, including Generators, Aircraft Batteries, Vehicles and Temporary Electrical Installations. Due to the varied amount of equipment, every job was different and required a keen understanding of circuit diagrams and methodical fault finding skills. Owing to the Air Safety nature of the work, tool control and cleanliness of the work area was paramount, as was the completion of paperwork for auditing and accountability reasons.
