I was the design and development lead on a sustainable redevelopment of an existing building that utilized passive design strategies while overseeing the sitewide energy strategy for renewables. The project was able to develop strategies that were able to deliver a 45% reduction in operational energy requirements in an existing building, while connection to the site-wide energy strategy will help deliver further reductions in embodied carbon across the park.
