As an Outdoor Activity Instructor at the Anderton Centre, I deliver engaging and RYA-accredited sailing sessions, creating experiences that enhance communication, teamwork, and personal development for diverse clients, including corporate teams and school groups. My expertise in team leadership and outdoor education allows me to design activities that build confidence, resilience, and collaboration in various outdoor settings.In addition to sailing, I am a qualified Archery Instructor, Paddlesport Instructor and DofE Expedition Assessor. These certifications enable me to offer a wide range of activities that engage participants of all skill levels, fostering a love for adventure, physical activity, and the outdoors.As a volunteer with the Sea Cadet Corps (SCC), I draw on my extensive experience as a Cadet Sergeant, where I helped cultivate leadership skills and organised large-scale exercises. My passion lies in creating enriching experiences that promote teamwork, personal growth, and life skills that extend far beyond the activity itself.
