From a young age, I have been captivated by computers, technology, and video games. My curiosity drove me to understand how computers operate, maintain them, and perform repairs and upgrades. This passion led me to frequently dismantle and reassemble components, deepening my knowledge of their functionality and troubleshooting techniques. By my teenage years, I had become adept at diagnosing and fixing common issues with Windows PCs, assisting family and friends with their technical problems.My enthusiasm for technology extended to the gaming community, where I gained experience in video game server administration and event organization. I participated in various local UK events and even traveled to Paris to assist with the Electronic Sports World Cup, contributing to event management and providing commentary.Five years ago, I embarked on a pivotal journey with a one-year apprenticeship, which marked a significant step towards my career in IT. My goal for these first few years was to become a highly skilled engineer and analyst, dedicated to monitoring systems, minimizing downtime, and resolving issues efficiently while working entirely for MSP's maximising my understanding of the variety of different needs of a large range of businesses. I feel I've now achieved this goal and my new goal is to seek expertise in a specialized field in IT. I am committed to delivering exceptional customer service and continually expanding my knowledge to enhance my skills and expertise. I completed my diploma in ICT just before COVID lockdown and have since been working full time as an IT Technician and am currently pursuing Microsoft and CompTIA Network+ certifications while working full-time in this position, further increasing my knowledge.
