My role involves consulting with stakeholders of multiple levels (CTO’s and CPO’s, Heads of, Tech Leads, Business Partners) advising on software engineering environments, diversity and inclusion, best practice development methods (agile, XP, pair programming, TDD/BDD) and assessment of engineer hiring processes. This is all done with the purpose of vetting organisations who have an interest in taking our newly trained engineers, so that they have the support structure to succeed.
