Makers is Europe's leading coding bootcamp.I work to find and build enterprise scale partnerships with large organisations who are looking to address the digital skills gap and diversify their software engineering teams. My role involves consulting with stakeholders of multiple levels (CTO’s and CPO’s, Heads of, Tech Leads, Business Partners) advising on software engineering environments, diversity and inclusion, best practice development methods (agile, XP, pair programming, TDD/BDD) and assessment of engineer hiring processes. This is all done with the purpose of vetting organisations who have an interest in taking our newly trained engineers, so that they have the support structure to succeed.

I managed the TMP’s contingent resourcing function; identifying opportunities and driving strategic enhancements to the operating or resourcing model based on ever changing market conditions and customer needs. - Reporting to Head of Resourcing, with accountability for revenue generation for a £2m area target- Line management of 12 staff; 2 direct and 10 indirect reports- Early stage consulting to scope feasibility of new solutions with both existing customers and new business -Identifying both direct and indirect cost efficiencies to maintain EBITDA levels on accounts-Regular reviews of 3rd party tools for consultants to maximise ROI-Acting as day to day escalation for the client/s for any contractual, financial, delivery queries-Ownership or contribution towards RFP’s and wider proposal writing-Creation of client strategy plans, detailing opportunities, risks & stakeholder landscapes-Review of, and input into department P&L-Consistent review of up to date literature, practices and innovation to align business to maintain competitiveness-Acting as an SME for the wider TMP business

The Parliamentary Digital Service works with the House of Commons, the House of Lords, and Parliament staff on their IT and digital needs.Lead Business Partner during the initial launch of TMP’s RPO, tasked with scaling a newly formed digital capability to headcount by an increase of an initial 200 + FTE.
