•Responsible for promotional video content for University social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the University’s website. •Assists in developing narrative outlines for videos and interviews with executive university staff, distinguished students, alumni, and campus partners. •Actively uses an assortment of camera models, lighting, photo, sound, and stabilization gear to elevate the quality of video shoots and multi-purposed B-roll. •Provides support in post production through editing, color correcting, creating captions, adding motion design graphics, and designing thumbnails. •Responsible for preserving and archiving current and previous video project files.•Collaborates with campus Marketing/PR teams to reimagine new methods of promoting the national image of CSUN and its mission throughout the state and country. •Researches University’s department and evolving industry techniques in media to engage new and enriching approaches for upcoming video projects.

•Worked with University Director of Marketing to manage department fund of $500,000 and in creating annual advertising flight schedule.•Communicated advertising needs in web marketing, billboarding, and television promotion to the University’s publicity partners. •Contributed to department's hiring process by publishing new staff positions, conducting background checks, outlining job hiring processes with candidates, and scheduling interviews. •Channeled project specifications and deadline to a team of four graphic designers, six writers, and six video specialists. •Monitored analytics and user impression data generated from University’s web and social media platforms, and University Press Releases published on CSUN Today.•Assisted in administrative tasks by scheduling executive conferences for University staff while provided regular work reports on the department.

•Prepared and maintained high quality, low latency athletic broadcasting through YouTube and Open Broadcaster Software (OBS). •Composed, framed, and exposed camera accordingly to capture the moments of athletic competitions in real time. •Produced high quality photographs used in publicity announcements, team promotions, community engagement and fundraising initiatives.•Preventively assisted in the set up and breakdown of video broadcasting gear and equipment. •Actively maintained viewer experience by updating game scores, times, quarters/periods during live broadcasts.

• Planning of competitive athletic matches between student groups, Sororities, and Fraternities.• Assembling and dissembling of player courts.•Provide an atmosphere of friendly, fun in a competitive, yet safe, environment.• Communicate intramural contest rules, and clarify interpretations with participants prior to the start of the contest.• Implement policies, procedures and playing rules as outlined in the Intramural Sports Handbook.• Understand and enforce emergency / evacuation procedures.• Assist with pre and post-game logistics and administrative functions.• Assist with preparation and inspection of the game site.• Check in / out game-related equipment.• May assist in generating content for Intramural Sports Staff Handbook.• Attend all USU / SRC meetings and trainings, and Intramural Officials’ trainings as required.
