I co-founded this ecommerce retail business in May 2012. Initially specialising in the household appliances market, the business has evolved over the years and now predominantly specialises in licensed merchandise. As well as building the business, including operations and processes, from day one, my duties include negotiating favourable terms with key suppliers, managing over 1000 SKUs across multiple marketplace channels, record keeping and compiling reports for accounting, and ensuring the business meets performance targets and service levels.
