My passion lies in creating safer and cleaner environments for people to live and work in.In my current role, I plan and execute projects aimed at reducing anti-social behaviour, ensuring our community remains a welcoming place for all. As the safeguarding lead within my team, I take pride in protecting the most vulnerable members of our community and fostering a sense of security. I also tackle emergency situations such as flooding, fires, and evacuations, ensuring swift and effective responses to protect our residents. Additionally, I address environmental crime such as fly-tipping by carrying out investigations and using enforcement tools like Fixed Penalty Notices and Community Protection Notices. I also prepare case files for submission to court.My approach is proactive and community-focused, always striving to make a positive impact. I am driven by the belief that everyone deserves to feel safe and valued in their neighbourhood.Outside of work, I enjoy reading and travelling, which continually inspire me and broaden my perspective.
