I worked for BT as a Field Sales Consultant and also went on to manage the regional BTLB from South West Scotland to Preston; I specialised in converged solutions such as VOIP, VPN, LAN & WAN solutions as well as Voice systems from Nortel Networks, Lake Communications and Cisco. I also sold PC’s, web hosting, web building tools.I received regular training and development from Nortel and Itel ICT Engineers to ensure I had a sound technical knowledge of the systems and services we provide.
