PMO financial specialist provides both project managerial and financial analytic support to ASML's senior project managers at product and cluster level. As a senior financial specialist, I utilize my superior knowledge of EUV light source technology, familiarity of ASML's project management process, and financial knowledge to support ASML's most talented senior product and project managers.In addition, I safe guard ASML's financial well-being by establishing a bridge between finance sector and engineering sector. I exercise influence without power and drive other project stakeholders in PMP process adherence. Moreover, I mediate among cross sector stakeholders and serve as the first line of defense in project escalation towards senior management.

As a part of Cymer's Global Support team that provides 24/7 coverage to three continents and several major IC makers, I work closely with both local engineers and distance D&E engineers to troubleshoot complex lithography systems.
