• Overhauled SRI from homogenous, brute-force incentive program (12 variables) to a precise investment: KPIs tailored to each market; target difficulty recalibrated monthly using probability theory; and brand priorities.
• Launched internal Peer to Peer recognition platform to replace multiple outdated legacy programs
• Led original “Brand Boost” concepts including $2MM blitz for BDL Seltzer launch and >$6MM behind On Premise relaunches post-COVID

• Set a precedent by mandating sexual assault awareness training for all members + enforced 3rd-party monitoring & oversight of events. These policies were adopted across the Big 10, endorsed by several Women's Rights.
• Reversed a culture of opaque funding by standardizing operational transparency requirements and fincancial reporting. Used savings to create a legacy fund for students of underprivileged background
