After 16 years of active involvement in environmental activism, I've embarked on a secondary mission: to help people reach a healthy embodied state.After going through abuse in my early 30s, I've started walking on the path of conscious & healthy personal development. With two embodiment formations active (Sexological Bodywork™ and Rebirthing Breathwork™) I help people overcome traumatic or abusive episodes, states of dependence, fear, shame, worry, emotional, or physical numbness.
