Import Activities: Import Experience from North America, Europe, South Korea and India; Individually responsible for purchase orders and follow through, verify commercial invoices, packing lists, bill ofladings, send wire transfers of currencies and monitor customs releases. Able to open and follow the Letter of Credit process; Additionally responsible for training and development of fellow employees; Responsible to negotiation the best freight prices with air, sea and truck companies and coordinates the wholeshipment; Responsible for the India import Tractors Project; Control of special procedures: Drawback, Ex-Tariff and Import License; International Logistics: Arrival/departure x Loading/Spawning in Imports; Maintenance both administrative and accounting records on behalf of the company, which should be inaccordance with company policy as well as observing import/export laws;Export Activities Export experience to Latin American, Europe, USA,etc; Participate at Brazilian Exhibition for Agricultural Machinery and Equipment; In charge of Intercompany, export operation; Conference and issue of original shipment documents; Receipt, analysis and control of accounts payable; Monthly Accountability for COFACE insurance; Prepare various international shipping documents such as declaration documentation in accordance with a foreigncountry’s import/export laws, packing lists and shipping invoices; International Logistics: Arrival/departure x Loading/Spawning in Exports; Logistics advice internally to ensure the most cost effective modes of transport are being used to meet deliverydeadlines;  Good relationships and also help develop partnerships on behalf of the company; Maintenance both administrative and accounting records on behalf of the company, which should be inaccordance with company policy as well as observing import/export laws; Management of Exports After Sales, worldwide contact with customers and suppliers;
