Responsibilities included overseeing all aspects of the payroll process including: weekly and monthly payroll runs, garnishments, benefits, compliance, 1099 preparation, specialized report writing, and assisting in any other area of the accounting process as needed.

Responsibilities include: reviewing client accounting records prior to preparing tax returns to ensure the accuracy of financial data; using general ledgers and other various accounting statements to review client entries and post transactions, corrections, and adjustments to financial statements as needed; reconciling accounts including but not limited to: cash, fixed assets and related depreciation, investments, loans, payables, receivables, retained earnings and member capital; reviewing and reconciling book income to taxable income noting permanent and temporary differences; planning and performing financial statement and A-133 audits on non-profit and non-public companies; preparing financial statements for a range of clients; preparing a consolidated tax return for a multi-million dollar company; researching technical topics as needed.
