* Customer service in the segments: Personal Care, Home Care and Pet Cosmetics in the regions: São Paulo and Interior;* Prospecting, evaluating and negotiating with active customers to increase portfolio billing and after-sales maintenance;* Prospecting new customers to increase the portfolio;* Creation and management of reports and follow-up of the projects involved in the management of the portfolios served;* Elaboration of technical / commercial proposals, spreadsheets for budget monitoring and sales monitoring.

* Customer service in the cosmetics segment in the State of São Paulo in the most varied sectors of the Cosmetic industry (hair, body, makeup, etc.);* Service and maintenance of active customer portfolio and prospecting for new customers;* Elaboration of commercial proposals following the parameters established in the current sales policy, aiming at the sustainability of the business;* Mapping of business expansion possibilities;* Sending samples and continuously prospecting the status of the application to implement the project and follow-up in the system;* Control customer orders in order to ensure product quality and delivery within the deadline established at the closing of the sale;* Planning visits;* Post-sales and customer relationship;* Participation in fairs and events of the segment.

* Internal and external technical sales support;* Working directly with Marketing Department in order to launch new products and ingredients;* Working in the application and development of basis and products for the cosmetics industry at Research and Development Dept;* Development and application of blends (shampoos, conditioners, body lotion, liquid soap, sunscreen, deodorant, wet tissue, bath oil);* Application of raw materials for the cosmetics industry, base and product development, industrial pilot testing, research of new ingredients, physical-chemical analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis.
