I am a Co-founder and Director of Troocoo and a senior search and selection specialist working as part of the human resources and executive division at Troocoo. I have developed an extensive connection with the HR and executive community in Queensland and I have undertaken many senior executive search and recruitment assignments. I am passionate about creating genuine opportunities and connecting people in the market as well as helping to future proof businesses through effective talent acquisition and recruitment strategies, now relevant to the HR and Executive market. My focus is to work with CEO’s, HR Leaders and Talent Acquisition Managers to support them around HR practitioner research, attraction and retention in the face of increasing competition in the market.Prior to Troocoo I have worked in the recruitment industry for over 15 years and have managed businesses within both global and national recruitment firms. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of companies from start-ups to blue-chip and government organisations.
