ABC All About Children is an English language preschool dedicated to providing an international educational environment for children in the Gothenburg region. Together with the Swedish National Curriculum (Lpfö 98/2010 revised) and certification as a HighSchope international school, their goal is to provide a successful preschool experience for the whole family. In my time at ABC I served as a teacher in international classes for children ages 3-6 years of age. I worked together with parents and families to offer support and guidance as they transitioned into a new country and city as well as assisted in school-wide functions and events.

The M Society was an online city resource for modern moms and moms-to-be. The M Society provided an event calendar full of ideas of fun things to do, tips and recommendations for baby friendly businesses and services in the region, advice from local experts as well as information and stories about life as a new or soon-to-be mom. In my role as Editor-in-Chief I:*Re-designed the initial content plan and direction of the website to increase readership by over 100% and build the brand of The M Society.*Headed content creation and wrote and edited articles and feature stories. *Managed our team of bloggers and maintained various calendars and directories. *Oversaw online marketing sales, social media presence and other business partnerships.

wikiHow is a collaborative effort to create the world's most helpful how-to guides. *Organized and lead a team of translators to translate and produce content for the French version of the wikiHow website.*Collaborated with client team members and translators to ensure that content written for French wikiHow was comprised of articles that were high quality, accurate, helpful and on topics well-suited and localized for French readers. *Launched the French wikiHow website.

Upgrades is an education company that provides individuals, families, schools and companies with tailored language instruction – privately or in a group setting. Within Upgrades I coordinated the English4Kids courses run throughout Gothenburg. English4Kids inspires children to speak English in an engaging, fun and pedagogical environment. It is Sweden’s most popular English courses for children since 2005. *Lead classes for students ages 2-10 in both individual and group settings. * Organized lesson and curriculum creation and implementation as well as organization and coordination of the Göteborg region program including hiring and training of regional staff.

Within the Institute of International Education I worked on the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP). The IVLP is a program supported through the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Within the program I devised local thematic itineraries for U.S. State Department-sponsored visiting foreign dignitaries. I assisted in federal grant writing duties, social media and marketing efforts as well as event planning and organization of cultural activities within the program.Further I:*Coordinated a team of 20 organizers for various events and visits.*Produced various press releases and content for social media outlets surrounding current projects andprograms.*Lead multiple visitor programs of high-level dignitaries from Sweden, Japan and Brazil.

Facilitated English language classes with children 5-11years of age in three primary public schools in Northern France as well as directed ESL-teaching workshops for primary school educators within the academy for this fellowship initiated by the French Ministry of Education. Supervised English language instruction as well as evaluated progress and overall academic abilities of students.*Managed the English language programs at three elementary schools in the Academy of Lille.*Worked with local teachers to improve their English program and create a more diversified curriculum.
