I was the Youth Program Co-ordinator for 12+ years. I loved helping positively impact our future young leaders through summer leadership programs. I coordinated all the logistics of registration as well as found funding and support, trained & led adult volunteer staff, facilitated and taught curriculum on self esteem, public speaking, teamwork, leadership, community, co-operatives & agriculture. Hundreds of youth & adults experienced this life-changing program. My role has has since transitioned to Member Services Coordinator.
