Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Develop, execute, supervise and evaluate programs and services based on the needs of the military community and resources available within approved annual budget;• Oversee branch operations and branch directors;• Teach, conduct classes, sub and fill ­in as appropriate;• Collect, maintain and analyze records and statistics for programs and services;• Approve and monitor program expenditures;• Ensure new hire orientation and training, managing annual appraisal process, resolving personnel issues, and developing and implementing performance improvement plans;• Work with Branch Directors and Human Resources to fill vacant positions; advertise positions, verify applicant qualifications, interview candidates, provide recommendations, process background and state checks;• Collaborate social media with branch directors; ensures website is updated regularly; oversees production of all major publications, including quarterly newsletter, website, social networking and all printed donor materials;• Assist in planning and executing all ASYMCA fundraising events and donor tracking/acknowledgement through data base;• Effectively recruit, manage, and encourage volunteers and employees;• Responsible for facility maintenance, appearance and upkeep;• Other duties as assigned.

Directs the development and operations of Leadership Development programs, which provide activities for teens to shape values and encourage lifelong community service. Recruits, trains and supervises volunteers and staff. Directs programs serving middle and high school teens, and offering a continuum of casual to connected programs. Provides community leadership for major teen development and leadership collaborations.Ensures regular program evaluation and uses feedback gathered to develop program improvements.Identifies, cultivates, trains, evaluates, and supervises program staff and volunteers in the delivery of all teen programming. Ensures staff and volunteers meet all YMCA applicable policies and procedures. Provides leadership and development to staff.Builds strong, supportive relationships with youth. Provides outreach and follow-up services to teens and (where appropriate) their families.Develops collaborative relationships with community youth-serving institutions including schools, youth agencies, parks and recreation, and service clubs. Interprets the YMCA's commitment to youth in the community. Serves as the primary community contact regarding the program(s).Develops and implements program budgets and manages expenditures to ensure efficiency of operations.Formulates, develops, produces and distributes program information necessary to promote programs and meet enrollment, budget and strategic plan goals. Coordinates program planning, promotion and training with the Association teen staff.Follows Association Teen Program standards and Risk Management policies; develops additional policies and practices as necessary. Advises management on issues and trends related to teens and the community.Provides leadership for assigned aspects of annual campaign, special events and other fund development to ensure fundraising goals are met.
