GN.TGN is a collective whose aim is to promote culture in Tarragona. This year a second edition of the DIRT took place together with the Mèdol. What I've done? Organized and managed DIRT II (at Mòdul 6 de la Tabacalera de Tarragona), a fashion event with over 200 attendees and 60 participants, including fashion designers, musicians, and performers. Coordinated the overall production, ensuring the event ran smoothly from start to finish, including performance scheduling, technical cues for sound and lighting, and resolving any issues that arose. Acted as the Stage Manager, managing the timing and execution of performances, giving cues to the technical team for music, videos, and lighting. Led a team of 6 organizers, overseeing logistics, communications, and participant management. Responsible for the organization and supervision of bar services and pop-up stands selling handmade products, ensuring the vendors and staff had everything they needed. Assisted the sound and lighting team as a Technical Assistant, ensuring the equipment functioned correctly and performances were visually and acoustically optimized.
