 Mainly repsonible for small appliance OEM project Set up project team Prepare project plan Supervise overall project process, including supplier decision, product specification, test, approbation, pilot run, mass production etc., until successful market launch Push suppliers to reach project target (cost, time, quality) Coordinate project team(Sourcing, SQM, Lab, Order Coordinator, Marketing, Quality Management) members to work under project plan Change management and risk control

IC and PCB Quality Assurance -Communication with foreign IC supplier -Quality Goals everymeeting -Quality management system maintance -Internal Quality assurance and delivered products inspection -factory audit every year for mainland suppliers -Customer service complaint handling for suppliers reason -QBR(quality business review) meeting with supplier quarterly
